Where do I get tickets?
Once you book online with your credit card, our in-house software will send you a confirmation receipt, which is YOUR ACTUAL TICKET. If you lose your ticket that is okay . Please just call our office at 607-749-0570 to make sure that you are on our manifest
Can I pay for the tour at the pick up?
All reservations must be prior to the tour on-line and paid with a credit card. If you encounter difficulties after attempting a booking; we can assist you by phone.
Will I need my Drivers License or Passport ?
Yes you will need to have a form of Personal Identification with you as you may be asked to present it before being served any alcohol.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes you can however there will be NO REFUND.
Can I smoke tobacco on the bus?
No Smoking is allowed as per Federal Law
Can I change the date of my booked tour ?
Yes of course all depending on seat availability of the date you would like and payment of the $25.00 per seat administration fee.
